You are now feeling positive enough

to move on to the next step.

Believe.

Once again, it doesn’t have to be God that you believe in.  You can believe in God, or the laws of cosmic attraction, or believe in yourself and your vision. It is all believing.

Believing is the courage to carry on. It is what gets you back on your feet. Believing is power and self assurance.

This is the step for creative visualization.  See yourself as you want to be.  Picture yourself as already having whatever it is you are striving for.

Have fun with this one!

Believing is what turns the Worrier Princess

into the Queen Bee!

See yourself clearly.  Create yourself.

There you are  - in abundance – in perfect health – surrounded by love and beauty. The images you create are your private world. Your personal perfection.

I could never come up with anything

as good as you can for yourself.

When you do this – throw yourself into it.

See it all in your mind. Feel it.  Take the time for details. Don’t worry about it being unachievable. Don’t ask yourself how you’re going to do it. Just bask in the happiness. See it clearly. It is yours.

There might be a time when you honestly don’t know what is right for you.  An event in your life can leave you so emotionally stunned that you have no idea

of where to go next.

Maybe you have given your best with no results and you are so weary that even when you look within you honestly can’t see a path.

But the path is there even when you can’t see it.

When this happens – Believe. It will take time, but believe. See yourself simply as open. Be Open.

This is the emergency ninja bee that swoops in

to rescue you at the exact moment you need it.

I find the mental image of walking down an actual path to be helpful.  There is fog on the path and you can’t see very far. At first the fog is dense and gray, but as you walk a beautiful light turns the fog to a warm, glowing, comforting mist all around you.

Then the mist starts to lift and you see the path.

You might not know where the path is leading, but you know it is a safe and beautiful place.

As you walk with an open heart you will softly start to hear your own voice again. Maybe you will see something you hadn’t noticed before. Something small, but full of promise.  A seed you planted a long time ago that is just now starting to grow.
